Opposite the 47-hectare Vondelpark, this laid-back redbrick hostel in a converted mansion is a 7-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and a 9-minute walk from the Rijksmuseum.Eclectically decorated dorms (1 has a chessboard for a ceiling), sleeping 4 to 14 guests, feature bunk beds, lockers and shared bathrooms. Some private rooms add en suite facilities. Linens are included.
